At WAT Collectives, a merchandise division under The Worldarc Times, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-centric.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter the processing phase and cancellations are no longer accepted.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following scenarios:
- Product received is defective or damaged
- Incorrect item(s) delivered
- Package not delivered due to our logistics error
Important Refund Terms
Please note that product prices listed on our website are inclusive of standard shipping fees. In the event of a refund:
- The refunded amount will include only the product cost, after deducting standard shipping charges, which range between ₹50 to ₹63.50 depending on the delivery location.
- If you selected express delivery, the additional express delivery charges will also be deducted from the refund.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email us at support@worldarctimes.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear images of the issue
- Any relevant additional details
Refund Timeline
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful processing.
